None. No page on julken.org reads or writes document.cookie, so nothing is stored for tracking, advertising or sessions, and there is nothing for a banner to ask you about.

The games use local storage, a small area of your browser that a site is allowed to write to. Unlike a cookie it is never attached to a request and is never sent anywhere. The games use it to remember:

• high scores and progress;
• settings, such as music and sound toggles, the mode you last chose, and volume;
• one-off flags, such as whether you have already seen an intro, so it is not shown again;
• which game you last opened from the front page, so it can be marked there.

The front page reads those same high scores back so it can show you your best next to each game. Nobody but you can read them, including me. They live in the browser that created them, so a score set on your phone will not appear on your laptop. Clearing site data for julken.org in your browser removes all of it, and a private window discards it when closed.

Nothing loads from anyone else. Each page you open, and a few in-game actions such as which mode a game was started in, send one short message to a counter I wrote and run on Cloudflare Workers. The message carries the page's path, the site that linked you here, your screen size and your browser's user agent string; Cloudflare adds your country, worked out from your IP address. What gets stored is the path, the linking site, the country, the screen width, the device type (phone, tablet or desktop), the browser's name, and a visitor code. That code is a hash of your IP address, your browser and the day, mixed with a secret, so one person is counted once per day and the code cannot be turned back into an address. The address itself is never stored. It sets no cookie, does not identify you, cannot follow you to other sites, and rows are deleted after 400 days. I use it to see which games get played and where visitors come from. Opening any page here with ?nocount on the end of the address switches the counter off in that browser until you open one with ?count=on.

Cloudflare runs the servers the counter lives on, so like any host it handles those requests and may keep short-lived logs of them. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers that.

That is the whole list. There is no analytics company, no tag manager, no advertising network, no social media pixel, no embedded widget, no error reporting service and no content delivery network.

Web fonts are the usual exception on other sites, because loading a font from Google's servers sends your IP address to Google on every page view. The fonts here are served from julken.org itself.

One game, Space Dodgers, offers a Windows download hosted on GitHub. That is an ordinary link; nothing is sent to GitHub unless you click it.

julken.org is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any host, GitHub's servers handle the requests your browser makes and may keep access logs, which can include your IP address, the page requested and your browser's user agent string. That is ordinary server operation, it is outside my control, and I have no access to those logs.

GitHub's privacy statement covers how they handle it.

There is nothing to sign up for or log in to. No forms, no email capture, no leaderboards, no comments, no uploads. No personal information is collected, stored, sold or shared, because none is asked for.

The games are free and there is nothing to buy, so there is no payment processing either.

The games are suitable for all ages. No personal information is collected from anyone, so none is collected from children.
